Word on the block is that @rambo & @missy assigned the above topic out as homework. I haven't done one of these yet, but I like this one. It reminds me of the MySpace days, which is where I'll start!

01___Back in the days of MySpace, I was borderline obsessed w/ those random surveys & questionnaires. I don't think that anyone I know still does these, but I have posted a couple on Facebook. No shame. You can consider this SG homework to be one of those, technically.

02___I was a peer review nazi when it came to papers in grade school, but I'm not sure why, to be honest. Although, if you had me grade your paper...you could bet on having a good paper. I guess it was b/c I fell in love w/ poetry & just eloquent literature when I was young. I read a lot of Dr. Seuss & other books. I've even written my own fanfictions (chapters upon chapters, stories upon stories) & a shitload of poetry. The thesaurus & dictionary quickly became my best friends. Plus, I am a very expressive person verbally...so I find it important that you present those expressions well. Speaking informally amongst friends & family is one thing. But, it's hard for me to take anyone seriously who can't put in the logical effort & exercise the differences between your/you're or there/their/they're. I proofread everything I type/write as I go & won't press the submit button until it's correct...unless I'm fuckin' drunk off mah ass or whatnot. Then I will not give a fuck.

03___I've had dogs all of my life. Practically each move we did as a military family couldn't be complete w/o a new family dog. Now that I think about it, that sounds rather cruel to all those dogs we let go after 3 years each. The last family dog we had, a full bred Japanese Spitz, is the only dog that we got & kept for the entire lifespan. Despite all that, it took only 1 cat to turn me into a crazy fuckin' cat lady.

04___I am a love child, unplanned, an utter surprise. I have never met my biological father, & I don't ever want to. When my mother was pregnant w/ me, her boyfriend---my sperm donor---cheated on her & threw abortion money in her face. But, "two wrongs don't make a right" & so I owe my life to my mom. Her 1st husband adopted me & by law our circumstances made him my "real dad" rather than step-dad. I had pretty much put all the pieces together before they told me, I wasn't phased one bit. He's given my mother & I happy lives. Along w/ half-brother & sister. Funny thing is that we all look alike, you can barely tell.

05___I've had a history of anxiety attacks that began when I was a high school Freshman. Stupid first loves, I tell ya. It made my life hard & it made my mind swell w/ dark matter. It killed my drive for art b/c all I could think of was...nothing. It made me depressed & thus became a self-mutilator. But, eventually I overcame the stages of darkness. I have to give a LOT of thanks to my current boyfriend whom I've been w/ for over 4 years now. He never let go of my hand. <3

06___When I was a little girl, I used to sleepwalk from time to time...well, from what I can remember. One time, I felt as if I was awake. I had sleepwalked from my bedroom into the living room where my g-ma was sleeping. She got startled by me, but I was more bewildered at the two white apparitions that walked along side me down the hall. I've had other encounters w/ ghosts & will probably never do the Ouija board ever again.

07___I was born in the Philippines, but I'm actually more Spanish than anything else. I am part Filipino & Chinese. Tagalog was my first language, but I can barely speak it now. I've actually taken up to Level 4 Japanese, but most of that is easily washed up when I'm only able to speak w/ my mom. I do have Japanese family members & friends, but they're all far from me. Womp womp.

08___I can drive manual transmission, surprisingly better than some of my car buddies who do not know how to properly heal-toe/revv match. Yes, I am an automotive enthusiast. No, I don't consider Nascar a real automotive sport. Most of the initial work on my car I have done myself...w/ the assistance of some strong wrists.

09___I am a bitter humorist, which seems to only get me misunderstood by those who don't know me well enough. Some people get offended or caught off guard, but hey that's not my fault. I'm still laughing. If you're not, lighten up a little! :D

10___90% of people guess my age younger than what I actually am, which only means that I'll age well. Thank you, mom! <3
