Sex on first date 🤔

I wonder what is your attitude. Is it common practice for someone or do you usually need more time to know each other to get that close or maybe you don’t care at all and everything depends on situation 🤔


My upbringing was extremely strict and it was supposed that girls shouldn’t have any sex at all before marriage. But even outside my family the common opinion was that having sex on first date was kinda wrong for girls. It was that way when I was 14 y.o. now I am 33 and so many of people I know still think that way and would do a lot of slut-shaming to girls practicing first-date sex.

I had plenty cases of first-date sex. Most of my long-time relationships grew out of first-date sex (well the relationships were shit but still). My point is that why waste time if you both want it… our life is so short and so busy.


I wonder what people from all over the world say. Maybe the slut-shaming attitude exists only in small provincial Russian towns as mine… I really hope so and I am very interested to hear your opinion and stories 🥰

Depends upon the people and both feelings towards it. Personally I don’t see any problem with it, as long as you’re both consenting adults, no issue 😀 In the past, I’ve had first dates come from a hook up, so we’ve had sex before the first date lol

Currently well into year 3 with a woman who surprised herself by sleeping with me on the first date, and things are great.  A week before that date I'd slept with someone else on a first date and we never talked again.  I think sex even without a single "date" is fine if everyone involved is into it and the expectations are reasonable - but that's my standard for any sex.  And while I understand the historical roots of gendered double-standards, that's some shit we should have already grown out of as a species.  It doesn't conform to any modern reality, so holding onto it is just a bizarre cultural affectation.
