Three things to talk about today....

FIRST... an update on the last blog. I've decided to hit up the gym Monday-Wednesday-Fridays. So day one went well. I did 33 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Pretty good for being out of shape and having terrible asthma. Tomorrow I plan on going again after my doctor's appointment!
