Hey all.
Yesterday had its ups and downs.
Up: I worked my first day at the book store, which was good. Dealing with books and the cool people who work there was definitely an up.
Down: Learning all of the search engines at work to be able to work behind the info counter... down down down, my head was spinning afterwards.
Up: I think that I am going to fit in well at the book store, it seems an upbeat environment and I'll probably always have something to do.
Down: Is that I'll probably always have something to do.
The store is a bit in shambles on account of understaffing... and the manager is frazzeled beyond belief... my head was spinning just touring the place, all the work that needs to be done, she should have hired a dozen people, not 4!
Up: Got to hang out and indulge in coffee goodies with Aaron and crew at the end of the evening, followed by a long, intense chat with aaron about school, life, art...etc etc...
Down: MORE FREAKING DRAMA WITH THE ROOMMATE!!! This time geared in the other roommate's direction... my camel's back is about to be destroyed by the provebial straw as we speak... my gods, it doesn't ever fucking stop!!!
Up: That may have been the incident to finally push Trevor over the edge as far as kicking her out goes...
Down: Thay might be wishful thinking, he is quite taken with her.
Up: I realized how important I still am to someone, and that felt good.
Down: That realization comes with a price, that I may never be able to live a normal, healthy existance because I will always be taking care of said person until the day they die... great, more pressure to succeed, brilliant.
Up: I'm going away to get coffee good stuff now and read for a chunk of the day.. may as well leave on a high note.
