I'm an idiot. I'm sitting here, shirtless, and in severe pain. For some reason I thought it a good idea to wear a tank top in sunny weather yesterday... needless to say, I am completely burnt and throbbing at the moment. Stupid pale as can be french skin... stupid being able to burn slathered up with high SPF lotion! 
But yesterday wasn't a total wash. I managed to talk to my dad about why I should not go back to art school (huzzah! Cross that resolution off my list for the year.
) He actually seemed cool about it, when I explained why. Ah, that feels good... now to just get my mom to understand, that's going to be the real challenge.
I was convinced by my housemate to open a myspace account. No, this doesn't mean I am leaving SG anytime soon, it just means I will be spending more time on the computer than I already do. Anybody out there have myspace accounts that they want to pass me links too? (Note- my profile and all that is pretty boring thus far, I haven't even blogged yet, silly me.)
I got a show yesterday also. It's in June in Ann Arbor. I will update more about it as the time draws near. It's right around the time of my birthday. Weee... (Sarcasm)... Anyone want to buy me a present? Heh, if you by me a book, I'm yours.
anywho. Going now, skin needs babying. blah.

Every single year I have that one day that I forget that I burn in the sun. And for some reason when the burn goes away I'm right back to being pale. *shrug*
