Yesterday I made up with a friend of mine who I had a falling out with in November. I was starting to miss him, so I was glad he called me. Ah, reparations...12 step program... he slipped back into his drinking habits and was doing it in secret just before he said what he said to me that hurt me so. So yeah, yesterday I got a major apology and an invite to the coffee shop, whic I declined in favour of housework (I hate being interrupted when I am doing something, anything. I'll never get back into it.) but I extended a hanging out invite this weekend...which means we will get together early in the day and not part until I have to boot him out of my house in the wee hours... oh well, it's been a while since I have been entertained by his intellectual prowess (hmmm) so, it will be fun. I'm just glad we're talking again. It may have been cruel, what he said to me, and how he went about saying it to me, but he has been my friend for years and before this it was all good. So yeah, I'm at peace about all that.
Today, I have a lonely day to myself, but it's ok. Plans to frequent the thai food place are in order, and a strenuous day of reading Shogun (which I haven't been able to concentrate on recently, but it's still good.) and playing final fantasy 8 (which I have played before, but still enjoy... I am almost to the part where the rogue garden attacks Balamb and Squall, my introverted antisocialite, has to step up and defend his home... wheee... wasting time playing video games is fun!!!
)
And I should make time to call this gallery in AA that wants my work... I know I should... bah. But man, this is my last day of rest on my lonesome, my gent has spring break next week, which means he will be desiring my affection and attention the whole go, and no on my own time to fritter away. Sigh. Tuesday I had to put up with him at my side the whole day, because it was a snow day and he actually decided (Shock!) to skip the only class of his that was still being held... Him skipping class is like Bush admitting that the war in Iraq is unfounded, I just never expected to see it happen in my lifetime.
Oh well, must find somethign to drink now. And then... woo woo... Squall time...weeee....
1. Are you a video game player?
2. What types of games do you enjoy? Anything you find you have to play?
3. What type of system do you prefer?

2. Role playing games, undoubtedly. Anything fantasy/ character building, preferrably things put out by squaresoft, but yeah, any PRG's are good for me. Something I have to spend at least 40+ hours at.
3. I'm a sony girl. Playstation and Playstation 2... drool... final fantasy comes out on them... drool... 'nough said. Time to play it...
Dear me, I didn't realise you fell out with him back in november!
Be good muffin
