I have been bad. I've been lax on my commenting. Sorry friends, still *heart* all of you, just lazy recently. Much on the old mind front.
I'm preparing for a road trip this week. weeee... driving in michigan in mid-winter... bah.
Should be eventful and what not. I will enjoy it.

Finished "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister" this morning. Started reading "Vanity Fair" by William Thackery. 950 pages, makes me regret not working anymore, when I could sit in the silent shop for hours without interruption.
No wonder they went out of business
Not my fault though, I wasn't stopping people from shopping there.

1. When do you pack for a road trip? Way ahead of time or last minute?
2. Anything you insist on bringing that is not necessary to your travel comforts?

Edit: I've just had a mooch through some of the art work I've got on here and its really cool. Its amazing how you can paint like that. Do you go into some kind of zone or state when you paint? Must take a tonne of concentration to produce something like that.
