Spent the last 5 hours working on a grant proposal. Not fun. All it is is a glorified essay where I prostitute myself to beg some organization for money to fund a project, none of which I will actually use to buy supplies or pay myself. I feel so dirty now
But, I have some headway. That's a good thing. Soon, I can put this dirty business behind me and look forward to the unpleasantry involved in receiving refusals and requests for elaboration. I really want to paint again. Why must I go through all of the rigamarole of politics just to be able to do this?
