Hello all, how goes it for everyone out there in SG Land?
It's been a while since I updated. I haven't had a lot going on, besides work, and no one wants to hear about that, do they now?
Other than that, I have the day off today and tomorrow...ah me, my glorious "weekend" off... lovely it is. I have the house to myself today and I started painting again recently, and I have had anime on all day (fruits basket, yay!) and it's been just lovely, I tell you. I'm gearing up for a couple shows, so yeah, I am pretty busy. I have a show in East Lansing in mid-November that I have to frame everything up for and prepare to hang and all that jazz. No worries, they would have already been framed if I could have spared the money to do so earlier. As is, I hope to have all of my money woes caught up with by the end of next week...hopefully... then I can celebrate properly and cut loose, for the first time in a while. Booyah, freedom!!! Woo woo!
I have been reading lots of manga that I have been borrowing from work...le sigh... I love what I do.
And I am still reading "Eldest" by Paolini. I keep taking advanced reader copies home though, pretty soon I should actually get around to reading them, not the manga I have to borrow. Whoops. my bad... but it's market research, I swear.
what else? Don't know. I'm pretty boring lately. I'll update as soon as I have images of my new paintings. I can't wait to show you all. They're of sharon...mmmm... sharon...
