Typical shake:
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 cup Silk (soy milk)
1 tablespoon low fat vanilla yogurt
1 scoop Soy Protein powder
I alternate the fruits every meal so it doesn't get dull. I actually look forward to my shakes. They are fast, practical and a hell of a lot less dishes.
Typical shake:

1 scoop Soy Protein powder
I alternate the fruits every meal so it doesn't get dull. I actually look forward to my shakes. They are fast, practical and a hell of a lot less dishes.
