Go online and do some research about the company before putting you "soul" on anything. If they are good, then they are good and if they are bad, well they are bad. It will show in their history. Also check their progression. If they start out bad but become good or getting better, then they are trying compared to a company stagnating.

There is a lot more to talk about on that subject but just take note that if you're not signing a tax form, then there might be something wrong.
