Yeah, I have some anger that our country in the hands of man who serves himself and his cronies before addressing the needs of his people.
You know, the sad thing is that I wasn't really a fan of Kerry at all. Unfortunately, he was the only person running with any kind of chance at beating Bush, so I had to throw my hat into his ring. Honestly, I would have voted for a brain dead chimpanzee before voting for W. Then again, I guess that would be roughly the same thing, now wouldn't it?
Anyway, you should join SGVA and drop by for comments whenever. I usually add friends pretty quickly if it looks like they have something worthwhile to say.

Ok, late , VERY late sunday night for me. I should be going to bed ,and i will soon. just wanted to check in.
A pretty good week-end. Atleast i was productive. Went to commisary and spent 180.00 on groceries. Since i only go about once ebery two months, thats not too bad.
Stayed up to watch the Patriots tonight---HOORAY PATRIOTS. Very big win...

So - your a sailor eh? When I first joined the Canadian Forces, I was to be Navy, but my trade demanded more Army. It doesn't matter the uniform though cause we are all doing the same thing It isn't what I thought it would be though I have seen some nasty shit.

Well, there isn'y much to tell from my end of things just yet cause I have only been in for 1 1/2 years as a medical technician. I have only been to 4 bases in Canada so far. Right now I am working on an air force base, so I am a bit out of place being in green! Having said that, the Army trained me as a civilian paramedic, and unfortunately I have had to see stuff that will probably make what is going on over seas a bit easier to handle when I finally go over.
