You know what really makes me sad? When names drop off my friends list and I can't figure out why.
*SIGH* Oh Well...
The week-end was uneventful. My race sucked, i got a bad start, my breathing was off, I finished way back in the pack.
I'm not a "world Class" by any stretchm but i have my pride. Well..I'll make up for it in two weeks when I run a Half-marathon.
Other than that, not much to report.

If you have HBO, or ever get the chance to see a documantary called "Left of the Dial" I HIGHLY reccomend it. Especially if you consider yourself a liberal politically.
It is about the first year Trials and Tribulations of The AirAmerica Radio Network.
I am an avid listener of AirAmerica, Thanks to Siruis radio. If you have the ability to listen to this Network, either over the airwaves or on the internet, Please do it. They are a shining light in a sea of Conservative/Republican hypocrisy.
