So..It's here, Christmas eve.
For as excited as I get by the holidays when it gets to this point i'm always feel let down. T said something poignant yesterday, as she always does. I said I hate to see the holidays end becasue of all the goodness you can do for others this time of year. She came back with why do you feel you can only be nice during the holidays? Which is right you know, so my # 1 Revolution for the new year is to try to be nicer to others and not worry so much about my self. That and lose 15 pounds, and run two marathons.
Dan and I went to thr movies yesterday, the traffic around the mall was INSANE!!!! people still shopping, I would say I don't get I've been there before though. Just glad i finished early this year. Fewer people to buy for though.
I want to go to the Naro for the "It's a Wonderful Life", "A Christmas Story" Double Feature, but no one else will go. tina LOATHES Christmas Story , and Dan feels the same about It's A wonderful life. Well, I own them both on DVD so I can watch them at home, I really wanted that theater experience though.
Well, I should go, I just want to tell you all happy Holidays and enjoy however you choose to celebrate this time of year.
I'm now going to my Happy place.

I have had to shop on 12/24 in the past... whew, thank god I kept it reallllly low-key this year. Gifted immediate family, and that's it... not that I'm cheap. I have gone crazy overboard gift-buying the last few years, but I'm unemployed, dig?
It was so great finding that book just when you wrote about The Boss; a timely, free gift that's also quality is such a rarity.
