Good morning All. I trust that everybody had a Great Saturday. Even if it wasn't as "fun" as you might have liked at least you get to have another chance.
I love Sunday Mornings, becasue it means "First Look Film Forum". kind of like church for cinephiles. It's kind of like your birthday, because you never know what your going to get.
Speaking of movies, is anybody going to see the one night only showing of the Unrated Director's Cut of "Land Of The Dead" on Monday night, or are you going to wait for the DVD to come out on Tuesday. I still haven't decided yet.
So...when you wake up in the morning what kind of music do you like to listen to? For that matter do you find yourself listening to different styles of music at different times of the day?
For instance, morning time is more mellow. Like right now I'm listening to Irish. Well not always so mellow, I'm listening to DKM right now, but I was listening to Carbon Leaf and The Pouges. The middle of the day is old school time. Maybe Springsteen, or something from my first youth. You know, Kansas, Styx, Yes, stuff like that. In the evenings it always gets louder. More edgier, more agressive. At Night the Punks come out to play.
So, what about you?
Alright, Ready for the Plan Of The Day? Here Goes:
- When someone is relating an important event that's happen to them, don't try to top them with a story of your own. Let them have the stage.
-Never give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreamsis more powerful than one with all the facts.
-Take time to read to children.
-Always look for a chance to make other people feel important.
Well, I need to go prepare for the day. If you are out today and see a guy with an endless smile, say hello. It's probaly me.
