i just watched Saturday Night Lights.
fuck me.
it's so fucking good.
i detest sports (apart from roller derby. hehe) but for two hours i actually gave a shit about american footall!
i was shocked.
had a lot to do with the soundtrack and the cinematography.
Explosions in the Sky were featured heavily throughout and it worked so freakin well.

so go see it. seriously. even if you hate the idea of a sports movie. it's not. it's a movie about people that has sports in it.
