I was driving down 676 yesterday, just off the bridge on the NJ side, when suddenly a huge rock hit my windshield. There was no truck in front of me, not really any car even directly in front of me, and I wasn't under an overpass or anything. It just came from completely out of nowhere and now I have like a 2 inch diameter shatter right in the middle of my windshield. I pulled over and called my mom to see if there was anything I could do, even though of course there wasn't. Some NJDOT guy pulled up behind me and came over and looked at it. He said it will probably spiderweb pretty soon since it's so big, and he just bought a new windshield for $180. Because I have that kind of cash right now. Fabulous.

I just added some more pics, stuff I've taken. I'm considering changing my profile pic to the motorcycle one in there. But I love my cow.. hmm..

It's midterms time and I also have a ton of projects due. So far I've missed 2 nights of sleep. I need to learn how to manage my time better, which would include not procrastinating. And not perving out on the internet tongue

I've never missed a night of sleep for schoolwork in college. Actually, I've barely done homework past midnight ever..

The Rebel is S's 2nd bike, actually. She has a Honda Shadow 500 that's a bit too tall for her to feel confident with, even after I lowered the front. Thus, the Rebel. She loves it except that it's a bit weak. Acceleration from a stoplight is about the same as an old Civic. Absolute top speed on level ground is a hair over 70 mph, 60 is about max sustained speed. But her riding is improving quickly because the bike makes her feel confident. With modern traffic as fast & aggressive as it is, I would recommend something more powerful to anybody comfortable with the weight of a 400-600cc bike. But if the weight is intimidating, get the rebel. It is a very light and forgiving bike. And it's pretty, too.
