OK....in response to your last message....FOR SHAME!!! Have him drag you out there kicking and screaming until you develop good habits! You have no excuse there Sweetie Pie! tisk tisk tisk........ heeheehe jk. Just do a little per day and increase! Find somethings you do each day and work exercise in! (ie: Park your car far away whe you go shopping, take stairs, walk as upposed to drive....etc) Scheduling a "date" for yourself everyday for exercise worked the best for me. That and also getting it done first thing so I didn't get caught up and lazy with other garbage. (I was the crazy person running at 4am and then again at 8pm when I got home from work--that's what happens when you get sponsered!) Is he doing any races this year???

Basically, the biggest thing with a work out is find something that you look forward to doing and makes you happy! Not something that you loathe. That defeats the point--as you I'm sure, very well know. Keep that heart healthy!! Good Luck!!! You have my full support! Go get 'em Tiger!!
