if u ever want to stay trim or thoroughly cleanse ur colon, i rec to heavily drink southern comfort and eat foods containing a lot of tomato sauce. yikes!! talk about blow-out. ever burp and not be able to re-call eating anything that resembles the taste of peanut butter that u hav in ur mouth? now that is what i call a crazy night
