Well what a lovely day. My gaming keyboard decides to crap out, so I had to borrow a piece of crap one from my friend (PS/2, not USB). I also promised my sister that I would reformat her computer and install Windows 7. Normally I'm happy to do so, I got 2 monitors so I fool around on my main computer and keep an eye occasionally on the other one.

So this time, I had to fool around a bit on my main comp, then crawl behind the PCs to switch the keyboard wire to my sister's comp, click a few buttons, crawl back behind and switch the wire back to mine... ahhhh! I hate doing this in the first place, even for myself (except I'm happy to do so for family and friends!!), that was just a kick square to the nuts and took significantly longer to do.

Well... it's all over now, and I'm drinking some damn beer even if it's late!! My gaming keyboard should be still covered under Logitech warranty though, it just takes them like 3 weeks to place it, UGH.

I'm in my happy place... I'm in my happy place... Things will be happy and better tomorrow!!! biggrin

My happy place bubble almost bursted. But I called Logitech, and I swear he was the BEST customer service representative I've ever dealt with. Very professional and had a terrific sense of humor, and we chatted about random stuff like World of Warcraft and Starcraft II, lol. He said he would send me a brand new keyboard (worth about 120-140$)without having to send mine first, and that they're sending it in super duper express mail.

I called Logitech on Wednesday, and it got here this morning.... that's freaking SUPER DUPER FAST!!! That added a wall of (invisible) steel to my happy place bubble! And my computer's running now better than ever before! It sucks to be forced to reformat and reinstall wen you weren't planning for it, but is it ever a pleasure to use it afterwards! It's all like ZOOOOOOOOOOM!!! ZOOOOOM ZOOOOOM ZOOOOOM!!!

Edit: Oh, and out of the kindness of my heart, my sister will not be charged a dime. (j/k though, I'd never charge family!)
