Finally getting over this shitty flue and now its time to get ready again have another crash diet and training camp coming up which is proving to be quite difficult after a three week break.

So as at tomorrow have got a flock load of things to eat and do, and man is it me or does anyone else who is not employed finding it a extremely hard task to find a job.
