Ouch 
... this really sucks, for work today I got sent to pick up some supplies for the office, as I was loading them into the car I pulled a muscle in my back.... if you have never pulled a back muscle before, its not a good thing... plenty of nerves there so it does not just hurt your back like it would any other part of you body... it hurts when you walk, hurts when you move your arms, hurts to sit and hurts to stand, it hurts to breathe, cough... to really do anything... this is the first time it has happened to me in 18 years or so.... yes I messed up my back when I was really young... all I want to do now is go home and get drunk off my ass and sleep the rest of the day!!

yeah, when shit goes bad with the back.....it sucks. i've had pinched nerves before because apparently my spine doesnt like to curve like normal spines. it was all i could do to just fuckin move, LOL.
