Goddamn..fucking bank holiday weekend - it sucks! Everyone I know is either at the reading festival or the Fright fest...and im going to neither...aargh! I thought i would at least have the satisfaction of laughing at all the suckers at reading getting wet...but today is sunny...".oh gods why do you mock me??!!!"
On a brighter note I am going to be a bit sneaky tonight. My mate Brett is at a wedding all day for his second cousin...he hasn't seen for like 1 yr, but his mum is leaning on him to go. However I have offered to pick him and his girl Louisa up from the reception and take them down the pub.....he declined 'cos he didnt want to upset his mum....Dude your like 30, and you dont even know these people! Give me a break....
I always ask him what theyre up to on a Saturday nite and hes always like.."Staying in decorating" or some other excuse...when I bought this up on sunday Louisa was like..."What....you never told me that?!"...I think that girl wants to party. I dont think he appreciates how important Saturday night are to people that work on weekends...
Anyhow I got louisa mobile no..and we have arranged to pick them up later, (although he doesnt know)..we shall wait and see what his reaction is (ha, ha)..I am still laying bets he will cop out at us...
Also found my copy of "to the 5 boroughs" i'd lost....so just loaded it up on I-Tunes....I dont care what anyone says I think it fucking rocks "we got the power to make a difference, we got the power to make a change..."
