You know when life gets you down, and then someone grabs you from behind, rapes you, shits down your throat, and then curb stomps you, but doesn't kill you?

That's how I feel. They won't fix the laptop we sent in, and it'd cost 300 or more dollars to fix it ourselves. I just got a bill for $124.16, from last year. meaning 11.10.08 WTF.

Now, we're watching The Office, and I'm trying not to lose my self control. I want to start a fucking lawsuit with HP. They guy told us, it was not a negotiation, and they won't fix what we sent the lap top in for, because of something else they'd have to fix with it, (which would have been replaced anyway) because it was "broken", and that part wasn't under the warranty. Doesn't matter that they would have had to do it anyway, it's just one of those trying to fuck everyone over things.
That, and they didn't need to milk a few hundred off us, because of the other bajillion people they serve.
