Ok , I finished putting together some of the video footage from our Wednesday afternoon boating event over on Long Island , my boat is the first one in the video . Last night I hit some debris while towing some girlfriends on watertoys , and ended up losing a prop blade

i spoke to my massage therapist, he said if it doesn't feel like it's getting better in a couple of days then it's time to go see someone... i just need to keep it elevated and iced 20 min on 20 min off but that's going to be very difficult while i'm at work...
