I've been draging my ass all day today , with no clear reason as to why , it might be due to my strict diet that keeps me in beach shape . So I think I'm due for some junk food , a good friend just opened a nice little Italian joint with a wood fired brick oven , not far from my home , and I can hear a pizza calling out my name . Within the next hour I will be leaving my office and heading to the restaurant to enjoy the pizza , then I will be hitting the beach house and taking my boat out untill dark .
On Wednesday afternoon we are having another big boating event on Long Island , I'm sure to have some killer photos and video footage from that .

I've tried the weaning thing before, and I always end up not being able to limit myself. So, I was going the cold turkey route.
