well I caught nothing but bluefish all day I released all of them , but only a few lucky fish escaped the seagulls stopped at Sisters Place in middletown for lunch , that place makes the best grinders around by far then I raided the farmers market for some fresh chicken noodle soup and some oranges .

had to work on rehydrating myself , alchohol and lasix do not mix at all , I suffered painful cramps all day on sunday after a few too many drinks on saturday night at shag frenzy

If I get directions I will be at elmcitydrunk's place on wednesday night , I'll just have to take it easy with the alchohol to avoid drug interaction problems like I had on sunday

I'm really getting sick of the resricted diet I am on as a renal failure , cardiac arrest , stroke patient all of my medications cause my body to retain potasium which is good for my heart and BAD for my kidneys and now I also have to take lasix which strip mines potasium and water from my body leaving me with severe cramps and I have to piss every 15 minutes at night when I try to sleep
