Well the sun is out so I'm heading to the beach for some fishing and to recharge my batteries 
My left knee and right calf are sore as fuck and I don't remember doing anything to injure them
FUCK I wont be able to carry my kayak down to the water , I'll have to sit on the beach and fish .
