Using a half frozen hose to top off an outdoor hot tub is a pain in the ass , I had built a tempory seasonal enclosure last fall around my hot tub at my beach house and installed an infrared propane heater too , but that heater only warms surfaces , so I picked up a nice kerosene heater that warms the enclosure up real fast . The hose reel was outside next to the enclosure , so it was partially frozen , just like my fingers are right now , so it might take an hour or so to add a couple of inches of water .

I'm waiting to see how much snow we get during this storm , the weather channel said the storm coming for Friday will dump up to ten inches of snow , so I might get to put a couple hundred miles on the snowmobile

Damn .. I just went outside to check the hot tub and the kerosene heater has raised the temp from under 40 to over 60 in like 15 minutes , well having the insulated cover off of the hot tub helped too .

I caught some of the Maury show this morning , that show cracks me up , todays title was something like " I slept with you once ten years ago , but since you are the only guy I've messed around with that has managed to hold a job , you must be the father of all ten of my children ! And this DNA test will prove it ! " then surprizingly the test proves the poor guy is not the father , and the woman goes nuts

Well considering the whopper storms we are expecting this week , I'm going to work out of my home office as much as possible so I can avoid getting stuck with a nightmare commute
