Couple things...
Why does it seem like online classes are much harder than sitting down in front of a teacher and doing the class at the campus you go to? I mean, I have one class that seems like it is going to take a shit-ton of time even though half the assignments are not needed. There are things that do not need at least two to three typed pages per every question that projects one problem! That is ridiculous! To top it off, said class wants four of those things... Drop the class, you say? I just might.
I have decided to take steps towards my biggest goal. That being the one that I open up my bakery/deli. I am tired in a way of having people tell me that "You can't". You know what? I CAN. I will. Everyone seems like anymore that they don't have faith in me to follow through with opening The Golden Hedgehog. Yes... That is the name of it. Laugh at it, question it, poke at it, do with it what you will. I have at least 5 guys that are going to follow me when this happens. When you see that place on the television, or in some high end food magazine, please do come by. I have grown tired of working anymore at places that have bullshit for everything, so I want to break away from it all, and start my own.
Well... I guess I jumped in deep. I guess I can keep you posted on things, hoping always that they get better. That's all I can do, right?
