My world crashed today...
To me, it felt like my buddy, one of my best, had it out for me.
I knew it wasn't intentional, and I know it deep down he wouldn't mean anything to harm our friendship.
There is a girl that I like a lot... He tells me in a set:
1)He saw her in a bikini.
2)He got her phone number.
3)He had sex with her.
The way he approached it was like this...
"I did something with someone that might make you punch me in the face."
As soon as he said "Someone" I knew deep in my chest who it was. A part of me died right there.
I just looked, tried not to look as depressed as I knew I was, smiled and said "Good job, man..."
I tried my damndest to get her number. All I got out of it was "I don't think my boyfriend would like that."
Fuck me. I know what I have to do now. Made me realize how much of a shmuck I really am.
How much of a loser I really am. I need to quit feeling sorry and stop having such low confidence.
I need to improve.
