I ran a 5K today and did a workout that consisted of cleans and ring dips. I am cooked and shaking and can't feel anything below my belly button. Should I be concerned? The upshot is that I took 4 minutes off my 5K time and I took three minutes off my time for the cleans and dips workouts. I am gassed. Absolutely nothing left at all. I don't even have the freaking energy to cook dinner.
