So here's the deal. As I sit and watch the news, and stew about the economy and the way things are going and how much I detest the way people treat other people, I have been chewing, figuratively speaking, on a giant essay that I will post here when I am done with it. But in the meantime this is what you get:
I have a part-time job working for a gym. It isn't a good job but I get eight bucks to stand around and hold up walls for an hour. Anyway, I generally distrust most of the trainers because most of them aren't certified yet (big dirty secret) and they dispense their flavor of advice with a brash ignorance that astounds me. For example, one of the trainers recently told a man in his late fifties that he should eat 5 whole eggs and bacon every day for breakfast.
I am in my 30's, moderately fit and I eat 6 eggs a week. A WEEK!
Anyway. The essay is coming. Hold on tight, it is feeling like an opus at this point.
On a separate note bellica has a post up in member review. If you haven't seen it yet, please go and say something nice about it. She is a sweet girl and the photographer is the only person to leave me a testimonial and the sets they make are gorgeous.
Other news that is totally random, I am thinking about fitting out a bike and doing it by getting the parts separately I am looking at the Surly frames if you have any input I would love it.
