I told my boss that I was leaving back in the middle of the month. I gave him six months notice. I anticipated he would keep it under wraps but today one of the directors of development came to me and asked me if I was leaving in front of a co-worker. I am a little pissed about it because it led to an uncomfortable conversation about what is going on and why I am leaving. Sometimes I just people would keep their mouths shut.
