I think I might have dislocated, or at least re-separated, my shoulder. It hurts most of the time over the last couple of days. My range of motion is more limited than usual and the twinges of pain are more frequent. The Ibuprofen I am taking semi-regularly is helping but I am reluctant to take too much.
