Red Bull saved the weekend. Screened my short film on Friday. Gathered all my friends about me, drugged them, and watched them laugh at my movie. From there it descended into an orgy, the video projector playing on a screen of moving flesh.

Saturday: cool down day. Flecks of rain wetted our $1 food plates in Chinatown. Then Save The Green Planet absolutely blew my...

Cleaning up for the red bull and vodka party tomorrow. I even discovered a secret cache of the _real_ red bull from Thailand. That shit's illegal in most countries.

Bleach wafts throughout the apartment and the temptation of liquified bull penis in the fridge.

Life is good.

Everybody check out my short film "Success" at the Amazon/Tribeca Short Film Festival:

www.amazon.com/screeningroom

If that doesn't work, scroll all the way down on the main Amazon page. Look at the left under "Special Features" for "Short Film Contest."

It all comes up randomly so you'll have to wade thru the shit to get to mine.

Just saw the Korean set of short films, If You Were Me, each about minorities, handicapped, or the disenfranchised in Korean. The last one was so gorgeous. Made me love the world again and think that maybe film could save it.

A lovely feeling to fall asleep to.

That pot I smoked on Saturday had its bite today. My mood crashed into the dirty slush from last night's beautiful snow. I get a second day whiplash from marijuana. So I medicate myself with coffee and alcohol, but it only works so much.

Worked on my short films. Slow as hell. And I can never take criticism.

Three-day weekend! To celebrate I bought that jacket I promised myself, did work on my own film, and smoked some weed.

Ong Bak was playing in Union Square and we hit it and it hit us, with a hard elbow over the head and we loved every bit.

Now listening to Miles Davis, waiting for friends to arrive and playing old Nintendo games that make...

Woke up with members of last night's Chinese New Year's party still hanging around. Into my twenties now and I still love a sleep-over. We got the best coffee in the world from the shop near me, then went to Central Park to see the Cristo installation. Ran into Ang Lee surprisingly and said hi. The gates were pretty but not as transcendent as their...
