Still no solid vacation plans.... kinda bummed since i've been trying to get the hell out of here for a couple months now! A week in cuba was less that 600 last week. How is it nobody else can get the money and time to do that?
BUT i'm going to a wedding in Jamaica in June! I'm pretty freaking excited about that! I hope all goes as planned!
Is anybody in Ottawa planning to go see Reverend Horton Heat and Nashville Pussy on Thursday? If you are let me know! I wanna go but haven't found anybody to drag with me yet since i just remembered the show was this week!
Some of you might know that i've been pretty sick for the past three or four months. something wrong with my insides or something... couldn't eat for a while... i'm broken and nobody's been able to figure out what the problem is. Well i saw a specailist a week ago who interviewed me for about an hour. asked me about everything. My diet. My lifestyle. How may coffees i have in a week (0), How many soft drinks (0), How many cigabutts (0), Drugs (0) ... then he asks me how many alcohilic beverages i drink in a week.... well that day i was terrible hung over from a ridiculous last night.... and told him that, yes i drink pretty regularily... i go out a couple nights a week... i sell shooters on weekends where i can drink a fair amount in a night... Well he didn't like that. He then told me that i have to go 8 weeks without a drink! Wants to make sure that it isn't something in something i'm drinking that irritating my stomach. That would be fine... if patio season wasn't just starting.... or if i wasn't a strip club shooter girl.... or if i didn't have any friends! But it is and i am and i do! Booze was my only vice! Now i have none! Somebody help me find a new one!
But alas, i really want to get better. So two months of detox it is! i'll bring back the Shirley Temple.
and start doing fun sober activities....like..... umm... hmmmm............ a little help?? anybody? haha

A friend od mine was told the exact same thing by her doctor! her stomac was acting up and they thought she had an intestinal problem and then figured out she drank to much and has an enlarged liver. so she's now my sober little friend who only drinks on special occasions. it's not bad; but i feel your pain hun; don't know what i'd do if i couldn't drink... hang in there! at least until you can rule ot the drink as the cause.
that's shiity about the show. When i found out about the ticket sgoing on sale i bought 5 of them cause i knew they'd sell out. i think i have a friend buying 3 of them but if anything changes i'll let you know ok? (the problem is i won't find out if he's buying my tickets until i'm at the door
maybe you could manage to get in regarless? i'm sure people will be selling some...
