HELLO!!! two posts in two weeks! i do spoil you, don't i? haha

A) As many of you know I manage a board shop! But as of two weeks ago i'm moonlighting as a shooter girl at a strip club! Quite the contrast between day job and night job.
My first shift was ... well it was terrifying actually! i had never even carried a tray before i showed up to work! You might think that the scary part would have been the actual strip club, and all the stereotypical things that go along with them. But, no, i was only worried about screwing up the money part or spilling an entire tray of shots onto some old man's lap! .... i didn't! ... not yet anyway, but there's still time for that! haha I did, however, spill tequilla down the front of me! I'm classy like that!
Anyway, turns out i know the bartender through my day job! that made my first day a little less intimidating!
B) Last night i went to the AFS Pornstar Ball at NuDen!
It was a lot of fun and i really wish i had been able to stay longer! The people i was with weren't really in party mode last night, but fun to be with anyway.
There were door prizes... Burlesque shows.... Drag shows... male strippers... a lingerie fashion show... body painting... all around good time!
There were a bunch of people there from the club I work at apparently, but i only ran into a couple of them.
I've been sitting at work today nibbling at the candy bra that i got in the little loot bag from last night. probably not a smart thing to do at the front desk of a retail store haha
I think i'll have to make a point of going next year. and hopefully get my boobs airbrushed! lol

C) Alright I've been trying to put up with the rediculous and somewhat immature habbits of my new roommate (my cousin) but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. after two months he has now (finally) moved his matress in and is sleeping in his bedroom instead of in my living room! That's a plus, but when he moved his matress in he also bought his dresser that hasn't made it to his room yet. it seems to be stuck in limbo pretty much right in front of the hallway door that leads to our bedrooms and the bathroom. my studded belt has been grinding the hell out of the door frame everytime i try and squeeze past!
Then there's the Kitchen (which is also hard to get into as the entrance is directly across from the hallway door). well i'm not gonna lie and say that i'm some kind of martha stewart when it comes to keeping my kitchen clean, but this is just gross! i wanted to make pasta before going out last night and there wasn't one pot to boil water in! that may not sound so bad, but i have a lot of pots!! and none of them were left dirty by me! there are no clean forks.. no clean glasses... crumbs all over the counters and floor... i wear flip flops into my kitchen now because the floor is so nasty! I'm keeping any alcohol hidden in my bedroom like some kind of hardcore alcoholic, just so it wont disappear if left for more that 12 hours!
I don't like to complain so that's all for now! but don't be surprised if I'm looking for a new roommate sometime soon!
D) we have snow! i've been working every day so i haven't been snowboarding yet, but i'm SO EXCITED! Maybe we should get some Ottawa people together and go riding!! or get drunk in the chalet.. that would make me equally content!

E) MY BIRTHDAY IS COMING!!!! December 11th! WEEEEEEEE!!!
i'm sorry if i'm a little excited, but my friends have a bad track record when it comes to my birthday... they ruin it... every year... last year i ran away to Montreal without all my best freinds to see Rancid for my birthday and it was an AMAZING BIRTHDAY! So this year i'm not telling anybody that it's coming up... not making any big plans... i'm just gonna party everynight for a week and invite whoever i happen talk to... no special reason... just because... if they happen to remember why i'm in such a good mood, then great, but i'm not letting stupid poeple ruin a perfectly good day... or week... or month!
But i like you guys! so if i'm heading somewhere in particular, i'll post it and let you know! and if you're in ottawa you should come too!!!
Well, i'm at work and i've been sitting here talking to all of you for quite a while. So i'm going to get some work done!
