I quit my job yesterday!!!!?!?! The reality of it all hadn't begun to set in until about 9 am this morning. I feel really calm and liberated now. Ha ha, plus I got to tell off my ex (who's also my boss). It's funny, because I knew that this was going to happen. See, I got an offer to cook in Pittsburg for a week, and I told him that I was going to go. No matter what he said or did. The owner already knew about it, and was cool with it. He decided to be a douche-y asshat. I didn't want to deal with, so I quit. The 11th will be my last day there after 3 years of busting my ass and working harder than anybody else. Well, fuck 'em, I say.

But, back to the trip. I leave for Pittsburg on the 12th. I'll be cooking the saute station in an Italian restaurant. the 18th is when I'm supposed to come back, but who knows? Maybe I'll stay up there, or something. So many options are open now. It's kind of overwhelming. I don't really know what to do right now. But, I guess that I don't have to decide right this second. I have plenty of time. Ohh...maybe I'll go on a trip, or I'll visit my dad in Italy. Hmmm...anybody up for having a visit?
