today is a good day. i had my second part of the ashtanga yoga course, and i really liked it. it's different from the yoga i've done before, but still the asanas (postures) are familiar to me, so it's not too difficult. then i had a gorgeous lunch from yesterday's leftovers: tomato soup with cottage cheese, full wheat bread with garlic butter and cabbage-carrot-onion-vinegar salad. i already did my russian homework yesterday so i think i'll read a bit and drink tea and then in two hours i'll go see my last movie of the love & anarchy filmfestival.
