my legs are so sore from today's ballet, it's the good kind of sore. it tells that the muscles needed for lifting the leg are developing -it's unnatural to lift legs like they are lifted in ballet (well, ballet is unnatural, but hey!), so people don't have those muscles even if they did other kind of exercise. my teacher helped me to lift my leg to show me how high it would rise if i had the said muscles and i almost cried because it looked so beautiful. i always seem to have tears in my eyes in ballet class as i love every single thing about it.
