then some completely other stuff: about sun rash. does anybody know if i could do/eat/take something to prevent getting a sun rash in the summer, like some vitamin that i could start taking already now in the winter? i've been getting a sun rash just for the past two years, but there was about ten years in between my last attempt of trying to get a tan, and my skin burns easily anyways. i don't want a dark tan, i love my pale skin but it's really inconvenient not being able to sit in the sun at all in the summer

Unfortunately I burn when I think about sun and I have yet to remedy that problem.
