there's not much to do in this town. not much at all. if i were drunk all the time, it would not be hard to get to know people here. unfortunately, this is not possible.

it's been too long since i've been drunk. i'm such a fuckin lush sometimes. maybe a beer or two tonight.

but a girl has to keep herself occupied in a town like this. good thing i have an active imagination.

did i ever mention that i'm trying to learn to play the guitar? my lessons don't start for awhile though. i want to get started. i hold my guitar all the time. i'm in love with it. but i'm a horrible lover, so to speak. such unlearned fingers.

i've perused a "teach yourself guitar" book of my sisters but it seems to be written only for right handed people. and i'm left handed.

so for now it's clumsy fumbling. but i swear, i'm a dedicated learner when i'm passionate. and i'm really fucking passionate about this. i will put in all the hours and all the frustration and all the stress. oh, and i'll love it.

life is boring, boring, boring. perhaps i'll have a beer to liven the mood.
