tell me one place i should travel to before i die. it doesn't matter where, but it has to be somewhere you've been or really want to go.

and/or

suggest a book that i should read. prefferably one that will either make me think or inspire me.

Oh oh, read Dharma Punx by Noah Levine...hands down one of the most inspiring books I've ever read.

of course i will be partial here, but you should see some italian historic places. i don't mean just florence and all the tourist stuff (even if, it's VERY NICE tourist stuff), but see some ancient monuments in the countryside, see how a castle was build in 600ac and is still standing strong,and things like this.
venice is a good place to start an italian trip from, anyway.

as for typos getting you hot... bet you'll get very excited if your ead my journal! LOL
