watched coffee and cigarettes last night... it was alright... had to go to bed during garden state... i'm really starting to get annoyed with the new style of movies... garden state pushed me over the edge i think...
off to return dinnerware today... every single plate i pulled out of the box had some sort of defect... so, i misplaced the receipt and tried to return them for the exact same plates... bad move... i ended up stomping out of the store in a pretty decent rage and was ready to deface something... guess what though? i found the receipt... today i go back... let's see how their "store policies" apply to this visit... i'd be more than happy to share a few of my policies with them.. sure i realize that if i had not misplaced the receipt none of this would have happened.... but fuck that...
filth, streetcleaner, and symphony no. 1 got me through the afternoon yesterday.. completed my list of chores, and watched some food network... sometimes i feel like a bit of an asshole watching the food network, but there's really nothing better on... i think lack of hockey is finally starting to take its toll.... i even bought a set of stainless steel cookware last weekend....
ugh, too many cookies.... beard itches....
found myself listening to remastered megadeth albums a few weeks ago... reliving a year of my life that i barely remember now....

Where to even begin my old chum...your last journal is replete with things that I can relate to..but then again-I surmise our lives are on the same arc...or path of the beam if you will....Have not watched garden State yet ( damn you netflix...damn you!!!!!!!!!) but Lost in translation fucking pissed me off for all the reasons you speak off...oh, and yeah...it was fucking boring...Store policy sucks....I hate it when some smarmy cheesedick fucktard has the gall to take out his lack of wage and respect on me....even if I have the proper paper.....old music remastered kicks ass...insert Hell Awaits here...or Sebadoh II which is not remastered but might as well be since it has been a good decade since I pulled it out.
