i had this crazy dream last night, i knew i would have it eventually and last night it actually happened. i think anyone who has ever worked in a kitchen has at least considered what happened in my dream. it's nearly a kitchen clich. i think it's the result of working 5 late late nights in a row, and the other issues in my mind. and maybe a little to do with the 12+ jack daniels in my system.

i was closing the kitchen for the night and there was only me, another cook and a server in the restaurant.
and i walk to the back to do something, and the server opens the door to the cooler, peeks out, and asks me to come in. then we make out in the cooler, the power gets out, it gets really cold, then steamy hot. that's about all i remember.

so looking forward to two more days off
