So I got a scholarship cheque last week, and it cleared today, which means I've been able to pick up a couple things. Most notably a new jacket (Edmonton is already cooooold)- a simple black 4 square shell, and something I've been waiting 3 years to afford: an Apple iPod. Actually the iPod is sort of a gift from ma. So yeah, I have a 60GB aac/mp3 collection, but can only afford the 10GB iPod. Selecting 10GB of my favorite music is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, and I'm still not complete. I can't seem to shave off those last few hundred megabytes.

I've been dreaming of an IPod too... mind you, I thought they only come on 10, 15 and 30Gb, so what's with the 20 above... somebody loves to run in something they don't even know about... what a brat! One thing, they have a special jack for the headphones - some silly Apple only thing. Are the headphones that come with it any good, can you get higher quality ones if you want?
