Grrr.... the type of disturbing speech that rallies the most despicable kind of prejudiced behavior.
Read this and tell me if you are disturbed by Debra Darvick's "article" in newsweek. I am left speechless very rarely, and was certainly disturbed by her rhetoric, it is the type of disturbing speech that rallies the most despicable kind of prejudiced behavior...

exhausted...again.
It has been a rough couple of days, as always there is too much to do and not enough time to do it all and the time delay between the US, EU, and Japan has complicated things even more. I can't sleep... which is nothing new, but irritating, and seems to aggravate things and create that vicious cycle of sleep deprivation.
"helping out" on so many different projects has become more and more difficult, to the point I have had to turn down quite a few things lately...I just can't afford the time, and so many seem to be unwilling or unable to compensate me for it.
argh. the time pirates await....
I am so glad DG has been understanding lately, things are tough and she has stood by me and juggled extended house guests, helping out on all the pro bono work, endless driving, and all the sleepless nights. She is working 4 10's so she is up really early, home late and tired all the time.
A sleeping pill, 2 Tylenol PM, and a shot of vodka and I am still praying for sleep at 4AM. What gives?07/

I had a HUGE fight with my sister...about nothing. I am sick of her always trying to manipulate me and make me feel guilty for trying to help her out. There are too many people in my life that just can not understand that when they are done a favour, they need to be flexible, cause it is going to happen on my time schedule.
I guess they will need to be weeded out.
Wij kookten en dronken de hele nacht ...kind of a wierd food orgy thing.
I am exhausted.
I made a little QT for this application (long story for another day)
totally unedited, but a glimpse into some of the things I have been doing recently...
It was just slammed together in the middle of the night from clips laying around, but serves it's purpose none the less...
this is the link for the quicktime movie, it is kind of big
I am going to try to do some work today, I have so many pictures to work on, and desperately need to setup a Windows XP workstation...now that I have disc(s)
Japan is less than a month away...and there is so much work to do...I am really hoping for the opportunity to catch up with some old friends there...you know in the 3 days! Argh...
Current Music: Diamanda Galas...I don't know what it is, but I like it...

I see the ugly rising head of all kinds of intolerant behavior, and it is deeply disturbing. I see people desperate for change, but they don't where the change will bring them. It is a critical time to strengthen ourselves and our communities, and this type of rhetoric does nothing to bridge our gaps...
