i hope nobody EVER has to call the IRS.... seriously, i've been trying to ask a question about a certain part of the 1040 for THREE WEEKS...... just one friggin question, dammit. They have so many automated menus that by the time you get to the one your supposed to select, you've forgotten why the hell you called!
