Welcome to Insomnia. whether naturally or chemically induced, sleeping becomes a skill rather than a necessary body function. Great, ain't it. The only way I have been able to sleep properly for the past couple of years has been involentarily taking a sleeping pill (Really...No one wants a horribly insane HexX running around the streets all day and night long). Also, Exhausting yourself by physical exertion is a good option as well...Well, that's my insight.

My clock currently says 5:30AM. This is okay today, perhaps. But yesterday at this hour, when I knew I had to be in seminar shortly, was not (I slept through that).

I recommend a handful of OTC sleeping aids. And then Ambien. Sweet, sweet ambrosia of the gods.
